ADI Grand Opening!

It was truly a week to remember as the Alberta Diabetes Institute opened its doors to the world during November - Diabetes Awareness Month.  On November 13, 2007, Alberta Diabetes Foundation proudly hosted a sneak preview evening in honor of major donors who have contributed to the Capital Campaign program.  These special guests were among the earliest to cross the threshold of this state-of-the-art research facility to see first hand where and how their dollars have been spent.  On November 14, 2007, ADF invited volunteers and other supporters for their own special appreciation event.  Excited guests were treated to guided tours through the laboratory facilities by researchers, a place where most people would never get the opportunity to see.

As ADF settles into its new home on the University of Alberta campus, we hope that you will take the opportunity to stop by and see our new offices.
