The raffle winners will be drawn on June 2nd, 2010.
Draw Order:
3rd prize will be drawn first, then 2nd prize concluding with the first prize draw. After each draw by numbered ticket stub, the winner will be recorded and taped. Each ticket drawn for the 2nd and 3rd place winners will be put back into the draw. No cash in lieu of prizes will be given. The Alberta Diabetes Foundation will notify each winner, not in attendance, in writing what they have won and where they can claim their prize.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, there will be no cash substitutes. All prizes must be claimed before October 17, 2010. If any prize(s) remain unclaimed for more than 1 year from the date of the draw, a request will be made to Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission for a decision regarding the disbursement of the prizes.
Contest guidelines allow for any member, staff, volunteer and general public with any association with the Alberta Diabetes Foundation to purchase tickets. Restrictions will be placed that no one under 18 years of age may purchase a ticket.
Distribution of Tickets:
All tickets will be controlled by the ADF Office by the Office Manager and are available by mail, fax, phone, internet, office and events ADF is involved in. Ticket request forms will be available at all participating sponsor locations, newspapers and other publication as may be required by the committee.
Tickets may be purchased with cheque, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Debit card and cash.
Total number of tickets will be 1000 single tickets to be sold at $50 each.
No Refunds will be issued after the ticket has been purchased.
Privacy:
The Alberta Diabetes Foundation respects your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by the Alberta Diabetes Foundation will be used to process ticket orders and to contact you regarding ongoing and future lotteries/raffles.
